You will need:

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder – premium grade
  • 1-1 1/2/ tablespoons organic cane sugar
  • ½ teaspoon toasted soybean powder
  • Hot water
  • 1 ¼ cups hot milk

Preparation:

  • Mix the matcha green tea powder with ½ cup hot water in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Use a whisk to mix the matcha until it is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the matcha mixture into a glass.
  • Add the organic cane sugar and toasted soybean powder. Give it a quick stir.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat the milk in a microwave or on the stove.
  • Pour the heated milk into a medium-sized bowl and whisk vigorously for 20-30 seconds using a balloon whisk to make it thick and frothy.
