  • Greek yogurt

Preparation:

  • Heat some oil in a pan and cook the fish.
  • Shred the fish into pieces while cooking.
  • Fry some tortillas in vegetable oil and fold.
  • Prepare the guacamole.
  • Chop some cilantro and put it in a ramekin.
  • Slice some lime and put in a ramekin.

  • 1 cup soy-free veganaise

  • Basil

Preparation:

  • Extract the lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Mix the sauce well.

 

  • Boil potatoes for seven minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes in the sink and run under cold water to stop them from cooking.

  • Put the sauce on the potatoes and mix well to coat.
  • Add the chopped basil.
  • Toss everything together to mix.
  • Serve.
